“ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਜਾਂ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਤੋਂ ਵਾਕੇਈ ਅਣਜਾਣ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿਚ ਕੀ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਉਹ ਜਾਣ-ਬੁੱਝ ਕੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਅਸਲ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ” ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮ ਵਿੰਗ ਦੇ ਕੁਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਸ.ਸਿਕੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਲੂਕਾ ਨੇ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਨਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬਾਦਲ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ 100% ਤਨਖਾਹ ਦੇਣ ਦੇ ਝੂਠ ਦਾ ਪਰਦਾਫਾਸ਼ ਸਿਹਤ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਸਕੱਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਖੁਲਾਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਮੂਹਰੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੁਲਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ। ਸ.ਮਲੂਕਾ ਨੇ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਤਨਖਾਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਅਪੀਲ ਕੀਤੀ।
Saying FM Manpreet Badal is either unaware of what is going on in his deptartment or he is deliberately misleading govt employees & the public about the real state of affairs under his watch, said SAD employees wing coordinator S.Sikander Singh Maluka. He said Manpreet Badal’s lies about paying 100% salary to govt employees had been exposed with the principal secretary, Health, disclosing that frontline doctors & health workers had not been paid salaries for July. S. Maluka urged the FM to release salaries of all health workers immediately & ensure prompt release of salaries every month.
